Responsabilidades e atribuições Análise e Gestão por Indicadores: Acompanhar KPIs, gerar relatórios gerenciais e parametrizar o sistema WMS/ERP para suporte à tomada de decisão.Melhoria Contínua e Processos: Conduzir estudos de viabilidade, mitigar desperdícios e otimizar fluxos de recebimento, separação, expedição, devolução e e-commerce.Governança de Dados: Garantir a manutenção e acurácia dos dados mestres e cadastros logísticos no sistema.Treinamento e Solução de Problemas: Padronizar rotinas através de treinamentos técnicos e atuar diretamente na resolução de incidentes complexos da operação.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior em Logística, Engenharia de Produção ou Supply Chain e Pós/MBA.Sólida atuação em operações logísticas, gestão de KPIs, negociação de contratos e projetos de melhoria contínua.Excel Avançado, Power BI e vivência com ERP (TOTVS), WMS (Sênior) e TMS (Lincros).Conhecimento em Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, PDCA ou gestão de projetos.
