A BAULOG, empresa do Grupo BAUMINAS e referência nacional em soluções logísticas para o transporte de produtos químicos, busca um Analista de Logística - Torre de Controle para atuar no monitoramento em tempo real das operações de transporte, garantindo produtividade, segurança e cumprimento dos prazos. O profissional será responsável por acompanhar as viagens da frota, identificar e agir rapidamente diante de alertas e ocorrências que possam impactar o desempenho operacional, além de elaborar relatórios de telemetria e indicadores (KPIs), desenvolver análises para redução de custos e aumento da eficiência, e apoiar a gestão por meio da manutenção de bases de dados e geração de informações estratégicas para a tomada de decisão e melhoria contínua dos resultados.Venha fazer parte do time!

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o monitoramento em tempo real dos veículos em viagem, acompanhando rotas, paradas, tempos de trânsito e demais indicadores operacionais.Identificar e atuar prontamente em situações críticas e alertas operacionais, como desvios de rota, atrasos, excesso de velocidade, paradas não programadas, restrições de trânsito e demais ocorrências que possam comprometer a produtividade da operação.Acionar equipes internas, motoristas, transportadoras e demais stakeholders para tratativa de ocorrências e mitigação de impactos operacionais.Elaborar relatórios de desempenho operacional e telemetria, analisando indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) relacionados à produtividade, segurança, compliance e eficiência da frota.Desenvolver análises e estudos voltados à melhoria contínua dos processos logísticos, com foco na redução de custos, aumento da eficiência operacional e otimização da utilização dos recursos de transporte.Apoiar a criação, atualização e manutenção de bases de dados operacionais, garantindo a confiabilidade das informações para monitoramento e tomada de decisão.Elaborar análises estratégicas e apresentações gerenciais para suporte à coordenação e gerência da área.Acompanhar indicadores de performance da operação, propondo planos de ação corretivos e preventivos para melhoria dos resultados.Contribuir para o desenvolvimento de processos, controles e ferramentas que aumentem a visibilidade e a eficiência da Torre de Controle.Assegurar o cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais, normas de segurança e políticas internas da empresa.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo ou cursando em Logística, Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Supply Chain ou áreas correlatas.Vivência em operações logísticas.

Excel avançado - mandatório. Conhecimento em sistemas de rastreamento, telemetria e monitoramento de frotas. Experiência com análise de dados e indicadores operacionais. Conhecimento em Power BI - diferencial. Conhecimento em gestão de transporte (TMS) e roteirização será um diferencial.
