Acreditamos na tecnologia humanizadora, o que significa que fornecemos soluções personalizadas com base em nossa profunda compreensão da natureza humana, possibilitadas pelas forças conjuntas de 56 anos de excelência em fabricação, inovação e muita tecnologia.Na Midea todos se esforçam por um objetivo: #HumanizaraTecnologia.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOrganizar e coordenar o transporte de mercadorias, incluindo reserva de caminhões conforme necessidade da carga e do cliente.Planejar rotas eficientes e seguras.Garantir a preparação e conferência da documentação de transporte (faturas, carta FOB, entre outros).Assegurar o cumprimento das regulamentações do transporte rodoviário.Manter interface com transportadoras e fornecedores.Acompanhar embarques e atuar na resolução de ocorrências.Analisar a composição de carga para otimização de espaço em carretas.Elaborar e acompanhar relatórios de performance.Realizar entrada de pedidos no sistema conforme demanda do 1º turno.Criar e acompanhar retornos de devolução.Apoiar na emissão de notas fiscais (NF-e).Criação de deliveries para faturamento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Logística, Administração, Comércio Exterior ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento em legislação e normas de transporte rodoviário.Experiência com coordenação de embarques e planejamento de rotas.Conhecimento de documentação de transporte terrestre.Vivência com entrada de pedidos, devoluções e emissão de NF-e.Inglês intermediário.Excel Avançado e ERP.Diferenciais 

Experiência prévia em operações outbound e rotinas administrativas logísticas. Vivência com transportadoras e gestão de fretes rodoviários.
