Você é apaixonado(a) por mídia de performance, análise de dados e estratégias orientadas a resultados? Queremos que você faça parte do time. Nesta posição, você será responsável pela operação de mídia paga voltada à captação de alunos, atuando desde o planejamento e arquitetura das campanhas até a análise dos resultados por modalidade de ensino, com reporte direto ao Gerente de Marketing e Performance.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar estratégias de mídia de captação, traduzindo metas de negócio em campanhas por plataforma, modalidade e curso;Gerenciar campanhas de ponta a ponta em Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads e LinkedIn Ads;Acompanhar diariamente os resultados e atuar sobre lances, públicos, criativos e investimentos;Analisar indicadores como CPL, CPA, CAC e ROAS, identificando oportunidades e desvios de performance;Planejar e conduzir testes A/B de criativos, copies, públicos e páginas;Acompanhar o pacing dos investimentos e propor realocação de verba entre canais e modalidades;Construir análises e relatórios de performance em parceria com o BI;Apresentar diagnósticos, aprendizados e recomendações para a gestão e áreas parceiras;Atuar de forma integrada com Social Media, CRM, E-mail e Comercial, conectando mídia às demais etapas do funil de captação;Apoiar o tagueamento e a conferência de conversões utilizando GA4 e Google Tag Manager.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Marketing, Publicidade, Comunicação, Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;

 Experiência sólida em mídia de performance, com gestão de verbas e metas de aquisição;

 Domínio de Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads e LinkedIn Ads;

 Conhecimento em GA4, Google Tag Manager e Looker Studio ou Power BI;

 Inglês intermediário para leitura e escrita.Será um diferencial:Experiência no setor educacional ou em negócios com ciclo de decisão longo;Conhecimento em mídia programática, especialmente DV360;Experiência com mídia offline e OOH;Certificações em plataformas como Google Ads e Meta Blueprint;Conhecimento em CRM e automação de marketing, especialmente HubSpot.
