Como parte do Grupo TRATON, estamos em um momento estratégico de evolução do nosso modelo de negócios, consolidando-nos como um integrador de soluções logísticas sustentáveis.SOBRE A POSIÇÃO:Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Manutenção e Frota Pl para garantir a disponibilidade e a confiabilidade dos ativos das novas operações, estruturando planos de manutenção e parceiros especializados.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstruturar planos de manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva, definindo rotinas, periodicidades e escopo com base no histórico de falhas, nas recomendações dos fabricantes e na criticidade dos ativos Programar ordens de serviço, materiais e janelas de intervenção, acompanhando backlog, aderência ao plano e reprogramações Assegurar a qualidade dos registros de manutenção no ERP/CMMS, orientando as equipes de campo nos padrões e fluxos Acompanhar custos e indicadores (disponibilidade, MTBF, MTTR e aderência ao plano) e reportar os resultados à liderança Analisar falhas e peças crônicas com ferramentas de melhoria contínua (Pareto, PDCA, FMEA), correlacionando consumo de combustível, desgaste e custo por ativo Acompanhar o desempenho dos pneus, com inspeções periódicas e indicadores de desgaste, pressão e avarias, apoiando decisões de rodízio, reforma e descarte Avaliar tecnicamente orçamentos de oficinas, concessionárias e fornecedores de peças, solicitando laudos quando necessário Gerenciar os ativos das novas operações e desenvolver parceiros de manutenção, avaliando fornecedores e negociando condições Dar suporte técnico a BIDs e propostas comerciais, com premissas de manutenção, custos e disponibilidade de ativos Apoiar a implantação e a estabilização dos ativos em campo, garantindo operação segura e contínua da frotaRequisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Engenharia Mecânica, Mecatrônica, Elétrica, Logística
