Se você busca desafios e um ambiente inclusivo, diverso e estimulante, essa é a oportunidade certa para decolar na sua carreira!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOs desafios que aguardam por você no próximo destino são:Realizar a triagem dos tickets de suporte, classificando por tipo e complexidade;Resolver tickets de nível básico no AMOS;Correção de erros simples;Cadastro de posições e números de série (SNs);Ajustes de configuração de menor complexidade;Resolver tickets de nível básico, escalando ao Analista II os casos que exigem maior aprofundamento técnico;Participar de iniciativas de melhoria de processos e de trilhas de desenvolvimento técnico do time. Principais desafios da posição:Desenvolver rapidamente o domínio técnico de controle de componentes e aeronavegabilidade em um ambiente operacional de alta demanda;Equilibrar agilidade na resolução dos TAs com garantia da confiabilidade das informações por meio de análise minuciosa sistêmica/documental;Contribuir para a construção de uma cultura de melhoria contínua em um time em processo de transformação;Aprender a lógica de manutenção aeronáutica, bem como a interface dos processos de componentes junto ao sistema operacional AMOS de forma a entender o impacto real dos problemas e prover as devidas tratativas sistémicas esperadas para garantia da confiabilidade.-Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista I para integrar o time de Sistemas, Componentes e Aeronavegabilidade da GOL, com foco no suporte operacional dos sistemas AMOS e FleetCycle. A posição faz parte de uma estrutura em transformação, com trilha de desenvolvimento possibilidade de crescimento estruturado.
