Nosso objetivo primordial é fiscalizar e assegurar o pleno funcionamento de todas as lojas, galpões e espaço corporativo, preservando assim nosso poder de venda e produção, contribuindo para pleno funcionamento da empresa como um todo.Sua missão 🥇O Analista de Manutenção Junior ficará responsável por auxiliar dentro do fluxo de manutenção da marca. Garantindo uma boa organização de tarefas e documentos das nossas lojas além de preservar a boa comunicação juntos aos parceiros e fornecedores que trabalham conosco e também com o time interno de vendedoras, gerentes e supervisores de lojas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesQuais serão suas responsabilidades? 🎯 Organizar e auxiliar dentro do sistema de fluxo de chamados;Acompanhar a resolução das OS abertas;Organizar sistema de chamados de manutenção;Manter contato rotineiramente com nossas lojas para acompanhamento de demandas internas;Garantir uma organização no recebimento de relatórios mensais para análise de infraestrutura de nossas lojas;Organizar e auxiliar no fluxo junto aos fornecedores gerais de manutenção (predial, ar-condicionado, atividades de facilites etc.).Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação necessária:Engenharias ou áreas correlatadas.Conhecimentos técnicos:Necessário já ter passado por outras empresas do ramo varejista, tendo contato com manutenções diárias de lojas e/ou ambientes como restaurantes/cafés e etc.Perfil comportamental:Buscamos uma pessoa capaz de analisar e organizar as demandas diárias da área. Precisamos de um perfil proativo e de fácil comunicação. Essa vaga é direcionada para pessoas que tenham facilidade em trocas diárias com outras pessoas e setores.
