É fundamental possuir experiência em marketing digital, produção de conteúdo, gestão de redes sociais, campanhas de comunicação, análise de resultados e relacionamento com áreas internas, contribuindo para o fortalecimento da marca e o alcance dos objetivos do negócio.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVocê será o responsável pela realização e acompanhamento dos processos da área marketing e comunicação:Executar as ações do plano anual de marketing.Coordenar campanhas institucionais e promocionais junto à agência de marketing.Garantir a aplicação da identidade visual e o posicionamento da marca.Gerenciar os canais de comunicação e presença digital da empresa.Monitorar indicadores (KPIs) e resultados das ações de marketing.Apoiar iniciativas de geração de leads e fortalecimento da marca.Planejar e organizar eventos corporativos, científicos e comerciais.Coordenar fornecedores, contratos, cronogramas e logística dos eventos.Controlar pagamentos, orçamento (OPEX) e despesas da área.Atualizar dashboards, relatórios gerenciais e indicadores de marketing.Atuar em parceria com as áreas internas, clientes e fornecedores para garantir a execução das ações e projetos.Desenvolver conteúdo para campanhas internas, comunicados, eventos e ações institucionais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação Social, Administração ou áreas correlatas.Experiência mínima de 5 anos em Marketing e organização de eventos corporativos.Vivência no relacionamento com agências, fornecedores e parceiros.Experiência em gestão de campanhas, indicadores e comunicação institucional.Habilidade de Planejamento e organização.Conhecimentos em ferramentas de criação e edição digital.Domínio do Pacote Office.Desejável Inglês Fluente.Disponibilidade para viagens.Informações adicionaisOferecemos:Plano Médico e Odontológico;Seguro de Vida;Subsídio Academia;Vale Refeição;Vale Transporte.
