A Pagaleve é uma empresa do setor de “Buy Now Pay Later”, uma startup fintech inovadora e uma das primeiras empresas a oferecer pagamento parcelado no PIX, sem juros, e sem a necessidade de usar cartão de crédito. Temos como objetivo oferecer a lojistas um novo método de pagamento, para aumentar suas vendas de um jeito simples, descomplicado e ágil, mas também temos como objetivo oferecer às pessoas a oportunidade de comprar aquilo que desejam, sem se comprometerem com os altos juros do cartão de crédito.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão das plataformas de afiliados parceiras Mapeamento, prospecção e configuração de novas plataformas de afiliados e/ou anunciantesGerenciamento e monitoramento da performance dos anunciantes (ex: taxa de conversão, cliques, % de aprovação,receita, etc)Planejamento e condução de planos de ação para melhoria, alavancagem de vendas e melhora da performance dos anunciantesControle e organização das comissões recebidas Análise de motivos de reprovação e condução de ações de correçãoPlanejamento, execução e acompanhamento das campanhas de CRM (e-mail, push, WhatsApp) de divulgação e lançamento de anunciantes: construção das audiências e segmentações, montagem e disparo das campanhas na ferramenta de CRM, testes A/B e leitura de resultados, com plano de ação a partir da performance. .  Contato com plataformas de afiliados (ex: Awin, Rakuten, Social Soul)Interface com áreas como Produto e Tecnologia para implementação de ações de melhoriaIdentificação, prospecção de parcerias comerciais com plataformas de afiliados.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência prévia com Marketing de AfiliadosForte entendimento da mecânica de aprovação e reprovação da receita de afiliados. Boa comunicação e organização Perfil analítico, com autonomia para extrair, cruzar e interpretar dados de performance e receita
