Atuará no acompanhamento de resultados, na otimização de processos e na integração das ações de comunicação entre os diferentes canais, contribuindo para a entrega de resultados consistentes e mensuráveis.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesQuais serão suas responsabilidades? 🎯 Apoiar no planejamento e executar campanhas de marketing digital e offline com foco em resultados (leads, conversão, engajamento, awareness).Fazer a gestão operacional de demandas junto a agências e parceiros externos, acompanhando prazos, ajustes e entregas.Garantir que as ações estejam alinhadas aos objetivos estratégicos de cada canal, respeitando sempre o tom de voz da marca.Monitorar, medir e analisar indicadores-chave de performance (KPIs), gerando insights e recomendações de otimização.Contribuir para a consistência e eficiência da comunicação nos diferentes canais (redes sociais, e-mail, mídia paga, site etc.).Apoiar na organização de cronogramas e no acompanhamento do fluxo de entregas junto aos times de criação, conteúdo e mídia.Auxiliar na gestão do calendário editorial e no alinhamento entre campanhas promocionais, institucionais e de relacionamento.Acompanhar tendências do setor, comportamento do consumidor e novidades em ferramentas de marketing, trazendo referências e aprendizados para a equipe.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPerfil que buscamos 🔎Buscamos um perfil com boas habilidades de comunicação, organização e proatividade, além de conhecimentos sólidos em marketing.
