Em nosso time você encontrará um bom clima organizacional, com ambiente amistoso, profissionais responsáveis, comprometidos e focados em resultados.Se identificou com estas características? #VempraBrasilTerrenos! 💚🤍Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a programação de pagamento dos fornecedores e prestadores de serviço como Agência de Marketing, comunicação visual, marketing digital, interações, legendas, impulsionamentos e anúncios patrocinados, lançando no sistema as notas fiscais e boletos;Providenciar as notas fiscais de anúncios patrocinados (Google, Facebook e Instagram) no mês subsequente à divulgação, direcionar para cada unidade através de rateio ou divisão de despesas providenciando a quitação dos vencimentos;Enviar para cada Líder Comercial a Planilha de Briefing para aprovação dos temas das campanhas patrocinadas do mês subsequente objetivando a movimentação de captação de novos clientes e imagem da empresa;Realizar o Plano de Ação on e off (mídias digitais e nos escritórios), contemplando duas ações por mês, de marketing (urnas, bandeiras, revisão de material gráfico, etc) e datas comemorativas, propondo como meta a fidelização do cliente, o reforço da imagem da Buriti mostrando a importância do cliente para a empresa;Providenciar orçamentos, contratação, análise de propostas, pagamento e acompanhamento das entregas dos fornecedores de Marketing para cada lançamento ou campanha a ser realizada, negociando melhores taxas e condições para a ação proposta;Solicitar materiais gráficos e de escritório no sistema UAU através de demandas criadas pela Gerente de Marketing, desde a compra até a entrega destes materiais, garantindo como apoio nas ações de vendas e comerciais;Oferecer apoio e suporte a gestora de Marketing e demais setores/ unidades em demandas dos escritórios, no que se refere a imagem institucional como adesivar unidades, orientações a líderes e coordenadores quanto ao retorno de estratégias para aumentar as vendas;Suporte ao atendimento da Agência contratada, quando se aplica, como sugestão de conteúdo, temas de blogs, depoimentos de clientes, terrenos em estoque e demais informações institucionais atualizando sempre os materiais impressos ou digitais da empresa;Oferecer apoio a todas as filiais do grupo Buriti e demais áreas, orientando e esclarecendo, quando necessário, as dúvidas sobre campanhas e identidades do negócio ou da campanha.Requisitos e qualificaçõesNecessário Ensino Superior Completo em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda e ou áreas afins.
