Suporte na elaboração e atualização da matriz de comunicação da gerência geral e gerências inferiores.4. Suporte na elaboração e priorização dos planos de comunicação das gerências disponíveis nas bases de dados e na solicitação de serviço técnico;b) Suporte ao controle e implantação de planos de comunicação1. Suporte à gerência na identificação, formatação e divulgação de informações de interesse dos stakeholders;2. Realizar entrevistas e coletas de dados;3. Buscar informações em sistemas e elaborar relatórios;4. Preparação de apresentações com enfoque de divulgação de informações de interesse dos Stakeholders;5. Monitorar e sintetizar notícias PETROBRAS de interesse do público-alvo;6. Monitorar e sintetizar notícias de interesse dos clientes externos;7. Acompanhar divulgação de cursos e eventos de interesse do público-alvo e elaborar calendário;8. Organizar e elaborar informativos (Boletins, Informe Gerencial, Resumo Executivo, Relatório anual etc.);9. Manter atualizados os canais de comunicação, tais como página intranet e portais;Requisitos e qualificaçõesImprescindível:Experiência atuando em atividades ligadas a comunicação.Domínio do português, de técnicas de redação e de softwares de edição de textos e de imagens.Softwares: Microsoft Office, softwares de edição de imagem. Curso de Nível Superior em Jornalismo, Ciências da Comunicação, Comunicação Social, Publicidade e Propaganda ou Marketing, com diploma expedido por instituição de ensino reconhecida pelo Ministério da Educação (MEC), com registro no respectivo Conselho de Classe (se cabível).
