Candidate-se agora e construa o futuro da tecnologia conosco!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão de Operações e Ingressos: Liderar de ponta a ponta a operação, higienização de listas e distribuição de ingressos/cotas dos patrocínios da companhia para as áreas de negócios, garantindo envio impecável para as bilheterias;Controle de SLAs e Follow-up: Realizar o acompanhamento ativo junto às áreas parceiras internas e executivos, garantindo o cumprimento de prazos rigorosos para o envio de dados e nomes, cobrando com firmeza e diplomacia;Monitoramento e Remanejamento de Cotas: Monitorar a utilização de ingressos em tempo real e executar o remanejamento ágil entre as áreas de negócios para evitar qualquer ociosidade de ativos da companhia;Governança e Esteira Corporativa: Apoiar a curadoria de projetos, como negociações, fluxo de homologação, contratos, interface com jurídico/compliance e pagamentos de projetos aprovados;Suporte ao Comitê Executivo: Auxiliar na preparação de materiais estratégicos e apresentações executivas para o comitê de patrocínios;Inteligência de Dados e Automação: Apoiar na estruturação de dados da área, automação de planilhas/plataformas e e reports de resultados/ROI.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Marketing, Publicidade, Comunicação, Relações Públicas, Análise de Sistemas, Ciência de Dados, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Experiência comprovada em gestão de processos, controle de SLAs e rotinas operacionais (preferencialmente ligadas a eventos, patrocínios ou backoffice comercial);Excel / Google Sheets Intermediário a Avançado (Obrigatório): Domínio prático em fórmulas de busca e referência (PROCV, XLOOKUP/PROCX, SE, etc.), manipulação de grandes bases, higienização e análise de dados;Desejável conhecimento ou forte interesse em ferramentas de visualização de dados (Power BI, Tableau) e ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial (ex: ChatGPT, Claude, copilots) para otimização de rotinas e relatórios.Informações adicionais
