Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMídia Paga & Tráfego Pago: Configurar, operar, monitorar e otimizar campanhas de Meta Ads e Google Ads (aquisição, conversão e remarketing), realizando testes A/B (criativos, públicos e copies) e focando em performance.CRM, Automação & Funil: Criar e configurar funis de vendas, automações, fluxos de nutrição e jornadas de comunicação via e-mail marketing e WhatsApp.Criação de Criativos & Conteúdo: Produzir e adaptar peças gráficas, editar vídeos, criar conteúdos digitais para campanhas/redes e realizar a gestão de comunidade (atendimento a interações e engajamento).Execução de Lançamentos & Campanhas: Colocar no ar lançamentos de produtos e estratégias de marketing de ponta a ponta, seguindo o direcionamento da liderança.Dados, Análise & IA: Monitorar métricas essenciais (CPL, CAC, CTR, CPC, ROAS), montar relatórios de desempenho e utilizar ferramentas de IA e automação para acelerar a produção de conteúdos, pesquisas, análises e tarefas operacionais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesTráfego Pago & Funil de Vendas: Experiência prática na configuração e otimização de campanhas no Meta Ads e Google Ads, com domínio completo da jornada do lead (da atração à conversão).CRM, Automação & Comunicação: Vivência na organização de pipelines, segmentações de base, réguas de nutrição e execução de campanhas via E-mail Marketing e WhatsApp.Criação de Criativos & Vídeo: Domínio operacional na criação de peças e edição de vídeos utilizando Canva, CapCut, Adobe ou ferramentas similares.Social Media & Comunidade: Acompanhamento de redes sociais, publicação de conteúdos e interação contínua com a comunidade/seguidores.Análise de Dados & Métricas: Facilidade para monitorar KPIs operacionais, organizar relatórios e transformar dados em decisões de otimização.DiferenciaisBuscamos profissionais que utilizem a IA como motor de produtividade e execução, dominando aplicações reais no dia a dia como:Agilidade na criação e variação de copies, imagens, peças gráficos e vídeos.Apoio em pesquisas, estruturação de fluxos e análise de campanhas/dados.Uso de agentes e automações para eliminar tarefas manuais e repetitivas.Abertura para aprender e incorporar novas tecnologias com foco em velocidade e qualidade.
