O principal desafio deste ano é potencializar a contribuição do Marketing para os resultados do negócio, aumentando a efetividade das ações e fortalecendo a integração com o Comercial.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejamento e execução de eventos: responsável pela organização e execução dos eventos da Soluções Moderna de ponta a ponta, incluindo solicitação de contratos, briefing, orçamento, contratação e gestão de fornecedores, cronograma, logística, produção, acompanhamento presencial e fechamento do evento.Gestão financeira, administrativa e operacional: controle dos investimentos, pagamentos e contratos relacionados aos eventos, interface com áreas internas e parceiros, organização de materiais, produção de brindes e acompanhamento das entregas.Interface com o Comercial e estratégia: atuação próxima ao time Comercial para compreender os objetivos de cada participação e propor formatos e ativações que contribuam para o relacionamento com clientes, fortalecimento da marca e geração de oportunidades.Pós-evento e melhoria contínua: acompanhamento dos resultados e aprendizados de cada evento, buscando identificar oportunidades de melhoria e aprimorar continuamente as próximas ações, garantindo qualidade, organização e eficiência na execução dos eventos e fortalecendo o posicionamento da Soluções Moderna junto ao mercado educacional.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Ensino superior completo em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação, Relações Públicas, Eventos, Administração ou áreas correlatas.Experiência profissional: Experiência sólida em planejamento, produção e gestão de eventos corporativos, preferencialmente de médio e grande porte, com atuação em todas as etapas da operação.
