Você curte fazer acontecer e sempre aprender mais?Venha fazer parte da nossa equipe!Uma equipe jovem e engajada em um ambiente dinâmico e descontraído com foco em resultado.Buscamos um Analista de Marketing Sênior para atuar de forma estratégica e executiva nas frentes de marketing e comunicação da Alphaville, sendo ponto de contato de diferentes áreas internas e apoiando a construção, organização e execução de projetos relacionados à marca, reputação, conteúdo, imprensa e campanhas.#VenhaserAlphaResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtendimento às áreas internas: atuar como parceiro das diferentes áreas da Alphaville, como Relacionamento com Cliente, Pessoas/RH, Novos Negócios e demais áreas corporativas, entendendo necessidades e traduzindo-as em estratégias, planos e entregas de marketing e comunicação.Construção de apresentações: desenvolver apresentações executivas em PowerPoint de ponta a ponta, desde a estruturação da narrativa e storytelling até a organização das informações e montagem visual do material.Conteúdo e Social Media: acompanhar e direcionar as entregas do Analista Jr. de Social Media, garantindo qualidade, consistência e aderência à estratégia da marca. Ter repertório e olhar crítico para produção de conteúdo, pautas, formatos, tendências e linguagem para diferentes canais.Marca, branding e reputação: apoiar a construção e gestão da marca Alphaville, garantindo consistência de posicionamento, identidade e tom de voz nos diferentes pontos de contato. Ter capacidade de identificar oportunidades e riscos reputacionais.Assessoria de imprensa e PR: ser responsável pela gestão e direcionamento da assessoria de imprensa, incluindo:construção e priorização de pautas;identificação de oportunidades de mídia;elaboração de briefings e direcionamento de releases;relacionamento e acompanhamento da agência de PR;preparação de porta-vozes, entrevistas e Q&As;acompanhamento de clipping e análise de resultados;apoio na prevenção e gestão de crises de imagem;construção de estratégias para fortalecimento da reputação institucional e dos executivos da companhia.Campanhas publicitárias: ter conhecimento do processo de construção de campanhas, participando desde o briefing e definição de conceito e mensagens-chave até o acompanhamento das entregas de agências e desdobramento das peças nos diferentes canais.Gestão de parceiros e projetos: realizar interface com agências, fornecedores e parceiros, acompanhando cronogramas, qualidade das entregas, aprovações e alinhamento entre os diferentes stakeholders.Requisitos e qualificaçõesProfissional com visão estratégica, excelente capacidade de comunicação e organização, senso crítico, repertório de marca e comunicação e, principalmente, capacidade de transformar demandas pouco estruturadas em briefings, planos e entregas claras.
