Estamos construindo um novo momento do marketing na pecuária, levando inovação, estratégia e comunicação de impacto para a maior rede de revendas do Norte do país e buscamos um(a) Analista de Marketing Sênior para atuar com foco principal na execução do planejamento de marketing e suporte ao time de vendas e fazer parte desse avanço na pecuária.O(a) profissional atuará de forma integrada com áreas internas, fornecedores e agências parceiras, apoiando tanto ações estratégicas quanto operacionais do departamento de Marketing.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCampanhas e Apoio ao Time de VendasApoiar o planejamento, execução e acompanhamento de campanhas de marketing, institucionais e promocionais.Desenvolver e organizar materiais de apoio ao time de vendas (apresentações, folders, catálogos, materiais digitais, brindes e materiais promocionais).Garantir o alinhamento entre marketing e vendas, apoiando lançamentos de produtos, campanhas sazonais e ações promocionais.Desdobrar campanhas para diferentes canais online e offline, garantindo consistência de comunicação.Planejamento e Execução de MarketingApoiar o planejamento e gestão de conteúdo para redes sociais, acompanhando cronogramas e publicações.Apoiar a execução do plano de mídia online e offline, em parceria com agência e fornecedores.Realizar a abertura e acompanhamento de briefings com a agência de publicidade, garantindo clareza de objetivos, público, mensagem e prazos.Apoiar a organização de eventos, de pequeno, médio e grande porte (internos, institucionais, promocionais e comerciais).Realizar orçamentos e negociação com fornecedores locais (gráficas, brindes, comunicação visual, produção de eventos).Fazer o relacionamento com agência de publicidade, acompanhando demandas e entregas.Apoiar o controle do orçamento da área de Marketing, auxiliando no acompanhamento de gastos.Apoiar o time de RH na comunicação interna, incluindo campanhas internas, comunicados, ações de endomarketing.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Obrigatória:Formação Completa em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação, Administração ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimentos Necessários:Organização, atenção aos detalhes e boa gestão de prazos.Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.Capacidade de trabalhar com múltiplas demandas e diferentes áreas.Pacote officeDiferenciais:Experiência anterior em Marketing, Comunicação ou apoio à área Comercial.Experiência anterior no segmento de agronegócio.Conhecimento básico em controle orçamentário e relacionamento com agências.
