Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Marketing Sênior para atuar como ponto focal da área de Redes Sociais do Departamento de Marketing. Esse profissional será responsável pela gestão operacional dos canais digitais da empresa, garantindo a organização do calendário editorial, a qualidade das publicações, o acompanhamento dos indicadores de desempenho e a orientação dos profissionais juniores e assistentes da equipe.Buscamos uma pessoa organizada, analítica, com visão estratégica, capacidade de articulação e experiência em gestão de rotinas de redes sociais, contribuindo para a eficiência dos processos e o alcance dos objetivos de comunicação e marketing.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar e acompanhar a operação dos 24 canais digitais da empresa, garantindo a organização e a execução das atividades conforme o planejamento estabelecido.Controlar o calendário editorial, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos, a qualidade dos conteúdos e a consistência das publicações.Orientar e acompanhar analistas juniores e assistentes na execução das pautas, organização das demandas e cumprimento das entregas operacionais.Monitorar os fluxos de produção, aprovação e publicação de conteúdos, identificando possíveis desvios e propondo melhorias nos processos.Acompanhar os principais indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) das redes sociais, analisando resultados e identificando oportunidades de otimização.Elaborar relatórios periódicos de performance, consolidando dados, tendências e insights para apoiar as decisões da área.Prestar suporte direto à gerência de Marketing, fornecendo informações atualizadas, reportes de status e análises relacionadas à operação dos canais digitais.Contribuir para a padronização de processos, a organização das demandas e a melhoria contínua das atividades de Redes Sociais.Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação Social ou áreas correlatas.Experiência com gestão operacional de redes sociais e acompanhamento de múltiplos canais digitais.Experiência com planejamento e controle de calendário editorial, gestão de pautas e fluxos de publicação.Conhecimento em análise de métricas e indicadores de desempenho de redes sociais.Experiência na elaboração de relatórios de resultados e identificação de oportunidades de melhoria.Conhecimento avançado no Pacote Adobe, incluindo ferramentas de criação e edição de conteúdo.Domínio de ferramentas de planejamento, organização e acompanhamento de demandas.Informações adicionaisModelo CLT;Disponibilidade para trabalhar 100% presencialmente em Nova IguaçuHorário: segunda à sexta das 9h ás 18h.
