Procuramos alguém com muita vontade de aprender, capacidade de absorver novos conhecimentos rapidamente e disposição para atuar em um ambiente dinâmico, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos relacionados a arranjos de pagamento, recebíveis de cartões Pessoa Jurídica e liquidação financeira.Apoiar as atividades operacionais relacionadas aos arranjos de pagamento e recebíveis de cartão PJ.Realizar acompanhamentos e controles de liquidação financeira junto a adquirentes, bandeiras e registradoras.Auxiliar na conciliação financeira e identificação de divergências operacionais.Apoiar o monitoramento de registros de recebíveis, garantias e cessões de crédito PJ.Contribuir na elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e indicadores de desempenho da área.Participar da homologação de novos produtos, parceiros e melhorias nos processos operacionais.Auxiliar no tratamento de ocorrências, contestações junto as registradoras, exceções operacionais e chamados relacionados aos processos da área.Atuar em conjunto com áreas internas, contribuindo para a resolução de demandas e melhoria da experiência dos clientes.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Ensino superior completo ou cursando em:AdministraçãoEconomiaEngenhariaCiências ContábeisSistemas de InformaçãoTecnologia da InformaçãoÁreas correlatasConhecimentos DesejáveisConhecimento intermediário de Excel.Facilidade com análise de dados e números.Noções de mercado financeiro, meios de pagamento ou produtos bancários.Conhecimento básico em Power BI ou SQL será considerado diferencial.Interesse em aprender sobre arranjos de pagamento PJ, recebíveis de cartão, registradoras e regulamentações do Banco Central.DiferenciaisExperiência anterior em instituições financeiras, fintechs, adquirentes ou empresas de meios de pagamento.Conhecimento sobre cartões, Pix, registradoras ou recebíveis.Familiaridade com Power BI, SQL ou ferramentas de automação.Participação em projetos de melhoria de processos ou transformação digital.
