Se você é um profissional pró ativo, flexível a mudanças e disposto a se comprometer com a busca pela melhoria contínua, junte-se a nós!Todas as nossas vagas estão abertas para pessoas com deficiência (PCD's)Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMapear, analisar e redesenhar processos de ponta a ponta (AS IS / TO BE), identificando gaps, riscos e oportunidades de melhoria nos fluxos de recebimento, separação, faturamento, expedição e entrega;Definir, acompanhar e analisar indicadores de performance (Lead Time, UPM, Cancelamentos, Devoluções, Produtividade), promovendo decisões orientadas por dados;Conduzir projetos de Melhoria Contínua utilizando metodologias Lean, Six Sigma (DMAIC) e Métodos Ágeis;Planejar e facilitar workshops, reuniões de diagnóstico e acompanhamento de projetos junto às áreas operacionais e corporativas;Elaborar diagnósticos, planos de ação e acompanhar a execução junto aos Centros de Distribuição a nível Brasil, Vendas, Finanças e Tecnologia;Atuar como agente de mudança, promovendo engajamento, padronização e disseminação da cultura Lean;Produzir reports gerenciais e apresentações executivas (Status Report, Tollgates), com análises críticas e recomendações estratégicas;Gerenciar cronogramas, garantindo cumprimento de prazos, escopo e qualidade das entregas;Coletar, tratar e analisar dados operacionais para suporte à tomada de decisão;Apoiar e/ou conduzir treinamentos internos (White Belt / Yellow Belt);Garantir a padronização e atualização de procedimentos operacionais (POPs) após a implementação das melhorias;Interagir com diferentes níveis hierárquicos e stakeholders, assegurando alinhamento e governança dos projetos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa ou em andamento em Engenharia, Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em análise de dados e indicadores operacionais;Excel avançado e Power BI;Vivência anterior em operações logísticas ou projetos de Melhoria Contínua;Conhecimento em metodologias Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC);Certificação Black Belt (obrigatória);Diferencial: certificação em Métodos Ágeis.Competências comportamentaisForte pensamento analítico e orientação a resultados;Capacidade de influência e condução de mudanças;Comunicação clara e assertiva, inclusive em apresentações executivas;Organização, disciplina e gestão eficiente de prazos;Proatividade e senso de dono;Facilidade de relacionamento e trabalho colaborativo entre áreas.Informações adicionaisBenefícios: Parcerias e Convênios (SESC, faculdades, restaurantes, lazer, cultura etc.);Plataforma de Desenvolvimento/ Educacional e Programas de Desenvolvimentos;Plataforma Telemedicina Gratuita (APP Cuid@r);Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Seguro de VidaVale Refeição ou Vale Alimentação;Vale Transporte;Modelo de Trabalho:4x por semana presencial e 1 dia home office.Horário: 08:00 às 18:00Local:Cajamar
