A KAB, nossa financeira, está em busca de um(a) Analista de modelagem de Crédito para fortalecer o nosso time. Venha fazer parte de uma equipe que valoriza o desenvolvimento, a ética e a excelência nos processos.

Suas funções serão: desenvolver, implementar e monitorar modelos analíticos e estratégias por meio da análise de dados, contribuindo para a definição de segmentações, indicadores e regras de negócio que apoiem a tomada de decisão e a evolução dos processos de crédito e cobrança. Contribuir para decisões estratégicas por meio da análise e modelagem de dados, impulsionando a evolução contínua dos modelos, políticas e processos de crédito e cobrança, com foco em eficiência operacional, mitigação de riscos e melhoria dos resultados do negócio.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Desenvolver, implementar e monitorar modelos analíticos e estratégias de crédito e cobrança; Analisar dados, indicadores e resultados, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e apoiando a tomada de decisão;

Desenvolver segmentações, regras de negócio e modelos analíticos para otimização dos processos;

Elaborar consultas, automatizar análises e desenvolver dashboards e relatórios gerenciais;

Validar e acompanhar a performance de modelos, políticas e estratégias, propondo melhorias contínuas;

Atuar em conjunto com as áreas de negócio e tecnologia na evolução de processos, políticas e motores de decisão.

Requisitos e qualificações

Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em cursos das áreas de Exatas, Tecnologia, Negócios ou correlatas. 

SQL e Python para extração, tratamento e análise de dados; VS Code (ou outra IDE) e Git/GitHub; Power BI ou outra ferramenta de Business Intelligence; Modelagem e análise de dados; Modelos estatísticos e noções de Machine Learning; Conhecimento em estratégias, políticas, segmentação de clientes e indicadores de desempenho; Conhecimento em motores de decisão será considerado um diferencial.
