A área é responsável pela construção, definição de ponto de corte, implantação e monitoramento de modelos preditivos com informação interna e externa para produtos da Financeira, realiza análises estatísticas para levantamento de insights para gestão de negócio, risco e CRM.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtua na elaboração de estudos para definição de estratégias de crédito que utilizam modelos estatísticos e monitorá-las através de indicadores e avaliações financeiras.Monitorar variáveis e performance dos modelos estatísticos desenvolvidos para CRM e gestão de risco de crédito.Ajudar a identificar oportunidades na diretoria que possam ser endereçadas com o uso de dados e técnicas estatísticas para produtos crédito em conta, consignado, cartão consignado e cartão de crédito.Participar ou desenvolver projetos que utilizam "advanced analytics" para produzir segmentação, score ( propensão, churn, fraude, inadimplência), utilizando todo o potencial de dados que temos disponível.Participar da implantação dos modelos estatísticos – programação dos códigos para cálculo do score, elaboração de especificação técnica do modelo e homologação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO QUE ESPERAMOS DE VOCÊ:Formação superior completa em Estatística, Matemática, Ciência de Dados, Engenharia, Computação ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento sólido em Python, SQL e R;Experiência com manipulação, tratamento e modelagem de dados;Conhecimento em técnicas de Machine Learning e construção de modelos preditivos;Boa lógica de programação;Vivência com ferramentas e metodologias de análise estatística.Informações adicionaisNo Daycoval, entendemos que cuidar de nossos colaboradores é essencial para promover um ambiente de trabalho saudável e produtivo.
