Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a "Analista de Modelización y Economía Petrolera"El objetivo principal de la posición será:Garantizar la confiabilidad, precisión y mejora continua de los modelos de planificación y programación de la refinería, asegurando que reflejen adecuadamente las capacidades operativas, restricciones de proceso y condiciones de mercado para maximizar el valor económico del negocio.Responsabilidades y atribucionesSus principales responsabilidades serán: - Responsable de generar, actualizar y mantener una representación precisa del modelo de la Refinería yLlogística de pesados (con input de LDT) en las herramientas de planificación, AUM (ensayos crudos, modelos de proceso, parámetros de ajuste, restricciones, modelo de logística de pesados, etc.) y programación de Refinería , Ekons RBA, trabajando con el área de Tecnología (punto focal de datos básicos), Programación y Planificación. - Custodia el cumplimiento del proceso de Producción, Suministros & Trading de Combustibles y calendario, siendo responsable directo en algunos de los pasos y coordinando con otros en alguno de ellos.- Apoya, y soporta con su entendimiento del modelo lineal y de los drivers económicos a los planificadores y programadores. - Valida y optimiza las corridas del sistema de planificación diario del ciclo mensual de Producción, Suministros & Trading de Combustibles (Ekons diario RBA para el plan diario del mensual), incluyendo análisis de inputs y evaluación de outputs, en conjunto con el Planificador Diario del Mensual de L&D.- Establece la configuración del modelo lineal para decisiones estratégicas de largo plazo, mediano plazo, el BuP y el proceso operativo mensual; diagnostica problemas estructurales con el modelo LP según sea necesario.- Realiza verificaciones de rutina y asegura que el ajuste de los modelos de proceso sea adecuado para cada unidad de proceso; esto incluye el análisis de las tendencias de seguimiento realizado por economistas y planificadores y el seguimiento mediante el inicio de acciones de cambio/actualización por parte de los tecnólogos.- Coordina y actualiza los ensayos crudos usando la herramienta Crude Cutter (seguimiento mensual con el tecnólogo).- Actúa como promotor de Datos Básicos: promoviendo su importancia en el valor agregado y el perfil con el personal técnico de Refinería. Proporciona soporte de modelado económico oportuno a los usuarios clave, además de apoyar a los planificadores/economistas de refinería en la ejecución y prueba de ajuste de LP en ciertas ocasiones.- Se responsabiliza de los datos requeridos para sus función según el "Governace de Datos.Requisitos y calificacionesFormación académica: Ingeniería, Ciencias Económicas y/o afines.Manejo de idiomas: Ingles (intermedio)Conocimiento de herramientas: M. Office (Avanzado), Power BI (deseable)Competencias: analisis estratégico de la información, conocimiento técnico de procesos de refinación, influencia y liderazgo técnico, pensamiento crítico y mejora continua, orientación a resultados y toma de decisiones basada en datos
