Responsável pela monitoração da infraestrutura de Rede, servidores, links, banco de dados, aplicações, APIs e serviços de negócio dos clientes, acionamento das áreas de sustentações 24 x7; Abertura e acompanhamento de chamados em Operadores de Telecomunicações; Abertura de chamados, preenchimento correto de incidentes, realização de acionamento para as equipes N2, N3 e fornecedores; Realização de Scalation List; Abertura de War Room para incidentes críticos, dando visibilidade dos sistemas e serviços com impacto através do monitoramento e testes realizados; redigir linha do tempo das principais ações realizadas para composição de postmorthen, indicadores e KPI; Realizar disparo de comunicados para clientes com status: inicial do incidente, estágios de ações de contorno ou correção, testes e finalização; Realização de Checklist diários de atividades de seu turno; Preenchimento de diário de bordo e passagem de turno.

Requisitos e qualificações Formação: Tecnólogo em Redes de Computadores, Análise e Desenvolvimento, Banco de Dados, afins (Completa / Incompleta).

Noções básicas de Infraestrutura e ferramentas: Dynatrace, Zabbix, Grafana e Datadog; Ferramenta de ITSM (ter conhecimento em umas delas): GLPI, Jira, Service Now, Remedy, Movidesk, Topdesk, outras;

Experiência com ferramentas de monitoração (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, DataDog, Dynatrace, etc.); Desejável conhecimento básico de ITIL.
