Responsabilidades e atribuições Monitorar e analisar o funcionamento das transações dentro do ecossistema, garantindo sua qualidade, integridade e continuidade ao longo dos diferentes fluxos; Identificar desvios, inconsistências e falhas transacionais, realizando análises para identificar a causa e os pontos de impacto; Direcionar os problemas identificados às equipes e squads responsáveis, acompanhando os desdobramentos quando necessário; Atuar de forma preventiva na identificação de comportamentos anômalos, contribuindo para a redução de falhas e para a evolução da qualidade das transações; Apoiar a construção e evolução de indicadores, monitorações e alertas relacionados à qualidade das transações.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior Completo;Conhecimento em bancos de dados relacionais e não relacionais (consulta, análise e investigação); Experiência ou conhecimento em ferramentas de armazenamento, consulta e análise de logs, como ElasticSearch ou similares; Capacidade de interpretação de logs, mensagens de erro e fluxos de integração; Conhecimento em ferramentas de monitoração e observabilidade; Perfil analítico, investigativo e orientado à resolução de problemas; Organização e capacidade de documentação de processos e análises.
