¡Sé parte de Stefanini!En Stefanini somos más de 30.000 genios, conectados desde 41 países, haciendo lo que les apasiona y co-creando un futuro mejor.Responsabilidades y atribucionesDar solución en la medida de lo posible a los incidentes y solicitudes de servicio de usuarios finales referentes a descartes sobre las aplicaciones propias del cliente y temas de SAP (deseable), que sean resueltos en su nivel.Registrar todos los incidentes y solicitudes de servicio en la herramienta de gestión Aranda.Recepción de llamadas telefónicas, creación, priorización, solución, seguimiento y cierre del ticket, atención remota de incidentes / solicitudes de servicio, la cual se realizará con el software Aranda.Realizar el seguimiento de los incidentes / solicitudes de servicio reportados a los especialistas de TI y proveedores, desde el momento del reporte hasta que estos hayan sido cerrados, independientemente del grupo que tiene asignado la incidencia o requerimiento.Escalamiento del incidente / solicitudes de servicio en caso no pueda ser solucionado remotamente y/o telefónicamente a su nivel, será escalado con el Nivel de Especialista (N3). Y coordinación de reuniones y pruebas con el Nivel 3.Derivar los casos cuya causa raíz es desconocida al Nivel de Especialista (N3), el cual debe contener los descartes realizados en su nivel para la preparación del Informe respectivo, de ser requerido.Categorizar adecuadamente los casos, según el Catálogo de Servicios.Conocer y cumplir los lineamientos, normas y procedimientos dispuestos por la empresa con relación a las actividades propias del primer nivel.Recibir y atender incidentes, requerimientos o consultas de los usuarios como único punto de contactoCrear documentación (manuales, informes)Seguimiento de issues, pruebas con los usuarios sobre las aplicaciones de Ajinomoto.Requisitos y calificacionesSkillsTécnico o Bachiller de las carreras de Computación e Informática, Administración, Ingeniería de Sistemas o afines.Cursos de programación y SQL Server básico y de preferencia experiencia como QA Tester.Experiencia de 1.5 años en el puesto.Capacitación, curso o Certificación de ITIL (Deseable).Dominio de herramientas de mesa de ayuda: experiencia en el uso de ticketing.Curso o talleres de atención al cliente.Manejo de Herramienta de atención remota.Experiencia en Call Center y/o facilidad de palabra.Comunicación oral, escrita, trabajo bajo presión, responsabilidad, trabajo en equipo, iniciativa y creatividad.Habilidad analítica en resolución de problemas: capacidad de diagnosticar y resolver problemas comunes, como restablecer contraseñas de SAP y aplicaciones propias del cliente (Deseable)
