Esta é uma excelente oportunidade para quem deseja atuar em um ambiente colaborativo, contribuindo para a evolução contínua dos nossos produtos, a melhoria de processos e a geração de valor para a gestão dos RPPS.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAnalisar demandas encaminhadas por consultores técnicos N1 e aprimorá-las com informações adicionais; Participar de reuniões com os clientes para refinamento e melhor entendimento da demanda; Repassar instruções para os analistas de requisitos para os devidos refinamentos; Registrar e orientar consultores técnicos para que consigam concluir entregas e orientações aos usuários finais; Identificar problemas recorrentes e participar de definições de ações para eliminar causas dos problemas; Gerar demandas internas para contribuir com as soluções de causas de problemas; Ministrar treinamentos a outros consultores e também, clientes; Participar de reuniões para refinamentos de backlog; Realizar direcionamentos das demandas recebidas para as devidas esteiras de atendimento; Acionar outros níveis de atendimento para maior e melhor compreensão das demandas; Encaminhamento dos chamados para as respectivas tribos, tendo como base o assunto já analisado e confirmado; Gerar evidências nas ferramentas da Agenda Assessoria, confirmando a execução das atividades conforme metodologia definida. Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento em: Ciências Contábeis; Economia;Matemática; Análise de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas; Direito;Administração.
