Buscamos um(a) Analista de Negócios Sênior para atuar na área de TI Investimentos (Middle Office), sendo responsável pela evolução dos sistemas que suportam as operações de investimentos da instituição.O profissional será o elo entre as áreas de negócio, operações e tecnologia.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesAtuar na gestão do backlog de melhorias e projetos, realizando priorização, refinamento e acompanhamento das demandas do sistema de Middle Office;Levantar, analisar, documentar e validar requisitos funcionais e regras de negócio junto às áreas envolvidas;Traduzir necessidades do negócio em especificações funcionais claras e completas para os times de desenvolvimento;Conduzir reuniões de alinhamento entre as áreas de negócio, operações e tecnologia, atuando como facilitador na definição de escopo, prioridades e prazos;Elaborar documentação funcional, fluxos de processos, critérios de aceite e histórias de usuário;Planejar e executar testes homologatórios (UAT), definindo cenários de testes complexos e garantindo a aderência das entregas às regras de negócio;Apoiar o planejamento e acompanhar implantações em ambiente produtivo, assegurando a estabilidade das soluções entregues;Investigar incidentes e validar informações por meio de consultas em banco de dados;Atuar de forma consultiva na evolução dos sistemas de investimentos, propondo melhorias contínuas para processos e soluções tecnológicas.Informações adicionaisEnsino superior completo;Conhecimentos em produtos financeiros;Experiência como Analista de Negócios de TI no mercado financeiro;Vivência na implementação de melhorias sistêmicas voltadas para operações de investimentos;Conhecimento em SQL Server para elaboração de consultas (SELECT), validação de dados e apoio na investigação de problemas;Experiência com Jira ou ferramentas equivalentes para gestão de backlog, histórias, bugs e acompanhamento de demandas;Conhecimento em APIs e integração entre sistemas;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade de documentar processos e traduzir conceitos técnicos para diferentes públicos.
