Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar e participar de entrevistas, workshops e reuniões com stakeholders para levantamento e análise de requisitos no escopo dos projetos;Elaborar e documentar especificações funcionais, histórias de usuário, critérios de aceite e fluxos de processos, com o direcionamento do time;Participar ativamente das cerimônias ágeis dos projetos, mantendo uma comunicação fluida com o time técnico e áreas de negócio;Executar testes funcionais, integrados e de aceitação de usuário, auxiliando na consolidação de resultados e na fase de homologação;Auxiliar na análise de impactos de novas demandas e mudanças de escopo dentro dos projetos, reportando os achados aos analistas mais seniores e à liderança;Atuar em conjunto com a equipe de projetos para entender as regras de negócio e garantir que os sistemas atendam às diretrizes estabelecidas;Identificar oportunidades de melhorias nos processos e sistemas rotineiros, levando novas ideias para discussão com o time;Apoiar a capacitação de usuários finais, auxiliando na criação de materiais de apoio e na organização de treinamentos;Colaborar na organização do backlog de projetos, auxiliando no detalhamento das demandas durante os refinamentos;Apoiar a prototipação de soluções (telas, relatórios, fluxos) para validação visual com as áreas de negócio.

Requisitos e qualificações Graduação completa ou em andamento em cursos de Tecnologia da Informação, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Vivência prática atuando em projetos de TI (podendo incluir estágios, iniciação científica aplicada ou vivência como usuário-chave em implementações);Conhecimento de TOTVS Datasul;Noções ou vivência prática em especificação de requisitos funcionais, acompanhamento de melhorias e execução de testes de software;Boa habilidade de comunicação para interagir com clientes internos e apoiar a facilitação de reuniões e dinâmicas do projeto;Desejável experiência prévia (até 2 anos) atuando na área de análise de negócios ou rotinas de TI.
