Buscamos um Analista de Negócios Júnior para integrar nosso time de Tecnologia (Vertente de Projetos). O profissional atuará no acompanhamento e gestão de projetos de tecnologia, sendo a ponte entre as áreas de negócio e a equipe técnica de TI. Responsabilidades e atribuições Acompanhar e apoiar o ciclo de vida dos projetos de TI (planejamento, execução, monitoramento e encerramento).Identificar, entender e analisar as necessidades do negócio para entregar a melhor solução tecnológica.Mapear processos, elicitar requisitos e traduzir necessidades de negócio em especificações funcionais e histórias de usuário para os times técnicos.Monitorar cronogramas, indicadores de desempenho de projetos e apoiar no alinhamento de entregáveis e prazos.Facilitar a comunicação entre as partes interessadas (stakeholders), time de desenvolvimento, infraestrutura e fornecedores.Elaborar documentações técnicas e funcionais, relatórios de status (status report) e atas de alinhamento.Auxiliar na condução de testes homologatórios e no acompanhamento da implantação/rollout de novas soluções.

Requisitos e qualificações Obrigatórios:Formação superior (concluída ou em andamento) em Administração, Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou áreas correlatas.Vivência/experiência prévia em gestão ou acompanhamento de projetos (pode ser via estágios, projetos acadêmicos estruturados ou posições anteriores).Forte capacidade analítica, perfil investigativo e raciocínio lógico focado em resolução de problemas.Boa comunicação verbal e escrita para transitar entre perfis técnicos e corporativos.Conhecimento básico em metodologias de gestão de projetos (Ágeis como Scrum/Kanban e/ou Tradicionais/PMBOK).Diferenciais (Desejável)Conhecimento e afinidade com ecossistemas de tecnologia: Infraestrutura, Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou Inovação.Familiaridade com ferramentas de gestão de projetos e tarefas (ex.: Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, MS Project).Noções de modelagem de processos (BPMN).Perfil ComportamentalOrientação para Solução: Proatividade em entender o "porquê" do problema antes de propor o "como".Organização e Atenção a Detalhes: Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas demandas e acompanhar prazos com rigor.Adaptabilidade: Vontade de aprender constantemente sobre novas tecnologias e dinâmicas de negócio.Colaboração: Habilidade para trabalhar bem em equipe e engajar diferentes partes interessadas.
