Objetivo da posição

Conduzir a descoberta dos fluxos de trabalho do escritório, do entendimento da dor até a validação da solução. A posição define as hipóteses e os critérios de sucesso, testa com os usuários e, uma vez validada a solução, elabora a especificação funcional que orienta o desenvolvimento do produto. Trabalha em ciclos curtos e integrados com o time, revisando o caminho conforme os aprendizados e descartando as hipóteses que não se confirmam.

Responsabilidades e atribuições•     Conduzir descobertas junto às áreas do escritório para entender fluxos, dores e necessidades.

•     Mapear o processo atual (as-is) e desenhar a jornada ideal (to-be).

•     Definir as hipóteses de cada iniciativa e os critérios de sucesso que dizem se a solução resolve a dor.

•     Dimensionar o risco e o ganho da automação de cada fluxo, apoiando a decisão de seguir, ajustar ou descartar.

•     Conduzir testes com usuários para validar as hipóteses e reunir as evidências do que funciona.

•     Revisar a solução conforme os aprendizados dos testes, em ciclos curtos com o time.

•     Elaborar a especificação funcional da solução validada, em nível suficiente para orientar o desenvolvimento do produto.

•     Acompanhar a execução, garantindo a aderência do que é construído ao que foi especificado.

•     Encerrar a atuação na entrega da solução validada e da sua especificação, sem assumir a manutenção do produto construído.

•     Facilitar a comunicação entre as áreas jurídicas e o time técnico.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Obrigatórios

•     Formação em Direito, Administração ou áreas correlatas.

•     Experiência com mapeamento de processos e levantamento de requisitos.

•     Familiaridade com validação de soluções (hipóteses, critérios de sucesso e testes com usuários).

•     Capacidade de elaborar especificação funcional para orientar o desenvolvimento.

•     Familiaridade com metodologias de diagnóstico e desenho de solução (análise de negócios, process mapping, service ou legal design).

•     Boa comunicação e capacidade de conduzir entrevistas e reuniões com diferentes áreas.

•     Perfil analítico, organizado e com boa escrita.

•     Autonomia para conduzir a descoberta, com validação da liderança nos marcos de entrega.

Desejáveis

•     Vivência com inovação jurídica, legal ops ou transformação digital.

•     Conhecimento de ferramentas de automação e de IA aplicadas a processos.

•     Experiência anterior como analista de negócios (business analyst) ou de produto.

•     Inglês avançado.
