Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional Sênior para integrar a equipe de negócios do Girus. Esta pessoa será uma peça-chave na nossa frente de Produto e Negócios, atuando como o principal elo entre os nossos clientes do mercado segurador e o nosso time de tecnologia.Se você entende profundamente a linguagem de seguros e resseguros, gosta de tecnologia e tem facilidade para se relacionar com clientes e guiar implantações de sistemas (especialmente o Girus), essa vaga é para você!

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na linha de frente junto aos clientes, conduzindo reuniões, apresentações e alinhamentos sobre a implantação e uso do sistema Girus.Fazer a ponte entre as áreas de negócios dos clientes (Seguradoras/Resseguradoras) e o nosso time de desenvolvimento, traduzindo necessidades complexas de mercado em soluções de sistema.Realizar processos de descoberta (discovery): ouvir as dores dos clientes, captar feedbacks de uso e identificar oportunidades reais de melhoria.Estruturar, qualificar e trazer essas novidades e melhorias para alimentar o backlog do time de desenvolvimento, garantindo que o que está sendo construído gera valor real.Trabalhar lado a lado com a liderança para garantir que a estratégia de implantação e a evolução do produto caminhem juntas.Requisitos e qualificações O que esperamos de você (Requisitos):

Experiência Sólida em Seguros e Resseguros: É imprescindível conhecer as regras de negócio, os jargões e o funcionamento deste mercado para falar "a mesma língua" que os nossos clientes.Afinidade com Tecnologia: Entendimento de sistemas de software, fluxos de dados e processos de implantação (você não precisa programar, mas precisa entender como a tecnologia resolve o problema do cliente).Excelente Comunicação (Client-facing): Perfil consultivo, com facilidade para conduzir reuniões com stakeholders de alto nível, gerenciar expectativas e contornar objeções.Visão Analítica e de Produto: Capacidade de separar "o que o cliente pede" do "que o cliente realmente precisa" antes de repassar a demanda para os desenvolvedores.
