Durante toda a sua história, a Caixa de Assistência vem primando pela alta qualidade de seus serviços e investindo em projetos de saúde preventiva como forma de cuidar, cada vez mais, do bem-estar e da saúde de seus beneficiários.Na Camed Saúde, estamos comprometidos em fornecer serviços de saúde de alta qualidade e buscamos constantemente maneiras de melhorar e inovar nossos processos.O Analista de Negociação atuará na Gerência de Relacionamento com Prestadores, onde será responsável por planejar, analisar e acompanhar os processos de negociações com os prestadores, promovendo o relacionamento sistemático, bem como demais atividades relacionadas a agência reguladora de saúde referente a rede credenciada, visando garantir o cumprimento das resoluções normativas e primando pelo cumprimento de metas e prazos estabelecidos.Se identificou? Compartilha seu currículo com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o acompanhamento, análise dos prestadores de serviço, a fim de habilitar, atualizar e manter os registros das informações.Realizar a análise e implementação de novas tabelas de preços e condições de contratos firmados com profissionais de saúde, no sistema, bem como realizar a parametrização dos acordos firmados com Entidades Representativas, visando o controle das informações geradas.Participar e/ou conduzir reuniões com Proponentes e Prestadores contratados para negociação e alinhamento de negócios, visando à manutenção dos contratos já existentes;Participar de reuniões e apresentações com as demais áreas da Camed, dando suporte para gerência nas tomadas de decisões e firmando compromissos com os envolvidos;Dentre outras atividades inerentes ao cargo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos necessários:Conhecimento avançado no pacote Office e Excel;Capacidade de atender as demandas com tempestividades e contribuir para o bom acompanhamento de indicadores e cumprimentos de metas;Capacidade de Comunicação, proatividade, flexibilidade, senso crítico e ações de relacionamento voltados para solução de problemas;Conhecimento em processos administrativos de planos de saúde;Ensino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Contabilidade, Gestão Hospitalar, Gestão Comercial, Gestão e Empreendedorismo ou áreas afins.Disponibilidade para viagens de Relacionamento.
