O que estará sobre seus cuidados: O Analista de Customer Success Pleno é responsável por garantir a retenção, engajamento e geração de valor ao longo da jornada do cliente, atuando de forma orientada a dados para reduzir churn, aumentar a percepção de valor e fortalecer a fidelização.

Atua na identificação de oportunidades, desenvolvimento de iniciativas e condução de experimentos que impactem positivamente a experiência e os resultados do negócio, em parceria com áreas internas e stakeholders estratégicos.
