Por trás de tudo o que entregamos aqui no ICI, existe uma série de profissionais imprescindíveis. Um deles é o Analista de NOC que ajuda a manter a operação do "coração" do Instituto, o nosso Data Center. Estamos buscando profissionais que queiram fazer parte deste time!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMonitorar de forma contínua os servidores, links de internet, sistemas e serviços; Em caso de alarmes registrar incidentes e realizar o primeiro atendimento, escalonando os chamados para as equipes de suporte em caso de necessidade; Aplicar o conhecimento técnico e analítico na resolução de incidentes; Manter a gestão dos equipamentos hospedados no Data Center; Manter a gestão dos ips; Realizar checklist diário na sala de servidores, monitorando equipamentos físicos, ar-condicionado, grupo gerador e nobreak; Manter as ferramentas de backup e planejar os jobs de backup; Realizar a gestão das mídias de backup; Instalação e configuração dos sistemas operacionais e conhecimento de hardware; Apoiar as equipes de suporte em manutenções; Monitorar a segurança física do ambiente e acompanhar o acesso de pessoas no Data Center; Atuar como ponto de contato com terceiros quanto a hospedagem de equipamentos e disponibilidade de serviços, sendo a interface entre o solicitante e as equipes de suporte se necessário; Gerar e manter relatórios (pacote office), bem como documentar procedimentos e sugerir melhorias; Registrar ocorrências diárias de todas as operações internas do Data Center.
