Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional apaixonado(a) por processos, dados e melhoria contínua para integrar o time de Excelência Operacional. Essa pessoa será responsável por monitorar a execução dos principais processos operacionais das nossas operações de Varejo para Lojas Físicas, transformando dados em insights acionáveis, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e apoiando a evolução da performance das lojas e áreas de negócio. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMonitorar indicadores e processos operacionais, identificando desvios, riscos e oportunidades.Realizar análises de dados e diagnósticos para apoiar a tomada de decisão e resolução de problemas.Elaborar relatórios e comunicar insights relevantes para lojas, regionais e áreas corporativas.Acompanhar a evolução dos indicadores e planos de ação das operações.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua, produtividade e eficiência operacional.Contribuir para a evolução de processos, indicadores e ferramentas de monitoramento.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo.Experiência em operações de varejo e conhecimento dos principais processos de loja.Perfil analítico, com capacidade de transformar dados em insights e oportunidades de melhoria.Conhecimento em indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), análise de dados e acompanhamento de resultados.Habilidade para atuar de forma colaborativa com diferentes áreas e níveis da organização.Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade de conduzir alinhamentos e apresentar análises.Será considerado um diferencial:Conhecimento em SQL para extração, manipulação e análise de dados.Experiência com Power BI, Databricks ou outras ferramentas de Business Intelligence.Vivência na criação de prompts, agentes de IA e aplicação de Inteligência Artificial em processos de negócio.Conhecimento em estatística aplicada, análise de correlação, regressão e identificação de tendências.Experiência em iniciativas de Excelência Operacional, Melhoria Contínua ou Gestão de Processos.Conhecimento em metodologias de resolução de problemas e análise de causa raiz.Informações adicionaisFique por dentro dos nossos benefícios!
