Buscamos um(a) Analista de Operações com forte perfil analítico e voltado(a) para o acompanhamento de processos, para integrar nossa equipe. O(a) profissional será responsável por monitorar o fluxo das operações diárias, garantir a aderência aos padrões estabelecidos, identificar gargalos e atuar para assegurar a eficiência, a qualidade e o cumprimento dos prazos.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Sua missão principal é monitorar fluxos de trabalho, investigar desvios de desempenho e identificar processos se aproximando do deadline, garantindo a máxima eficiência, previsibilidade e atendimento dos objetivos de tempo nos processos internos.

Estruturar, analisar e cruzar grandes volumes de dados operacionais para identificar causas-raiz de gargalos, ineficiências e desvios.Desenvolver, acompanhar e manter dashboards dinâmicos para monitorar indicadores como tempo de ciclo, produtividade, SLA, taxa de erro, desvios e principalmente atuar junto aos responsáveis para cumprir tempos determinados. Traduzir análises complexas em relatórios e apresentações claras, fornecendo recomendações práticas para a tomada de decisão da liderança.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Economia, Logística ou áreas correlatas. 

Domínio avançado de Excel / Google Sheets (fórmulas complexas, VBA/Macros e tabelas dinâmicas).Experiência com ferramentas de Business Intelligence (Power BI, Tableau ou Looker).Vivencia com departamento de peças será considerado um diferencial.
