Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a operação e sustentação da plataforma de nuvem, seguindo as normas técnicas e os procedimentos.Monitorar a plataforma em tempo real e fazer verificações periódicas de saúde e de capacidade, identificando riscos com antecedência e emitindo relatórios de inspeção.Tratar alertas e incidentes: analisar, classificar, diagnosticar e resolver problemas, acionando o suporte de 2º e 3º nível quando necessário.Acompanhar os chamados do cliente até a solução, garantindo o cumprimento dos SLAs.Executar mudanças de configuração, atualizações, patches e upgrades conforme o processo de gestão de mudanças, e apoiar a elaboração dos planos de mudança.Verificar rotinas de backup e sua validade, conforme a política interna.Manter a documentação e a comunicação da operação: atualizar manuais, procedimentos de incidentes e planos de contingência; elaborar relatórios diários e periódicos com riscos, alertas de capacidade e sugestões de melhoria.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Redes de Computadores, Segurança da Informação ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em operação e sustentação de ambientes em nuvem (pública ou privada) e em processos corporativos de TI (ITIL: incidentes, problemas e mudanças).Conhecimento avançado em Linux (CentOS/Ubuntu) e Shell Script.Experiência com Docker e Kubernetes: implantação, monitoramento, resolução de problemas e ajuste de recursos em clusters.Experiência com ferramentas de monitoramento como Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix ou ELK.Conhecimento de redes (TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF) e de segurança em nuvem (security groups, firewall, varredura de vulnerabilidades, backup e recuperação de desastres).Vivência com Nginx e MySQL no dia a dia.Inglês avançado para conversação.Diferenciais:Certificações em nuvem: Alibaba Cloud (ACP/ACE), AWS, Azure, GCP, Huawei Cloud ou Tencent Cloud.Certificações em Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD).Experiência em operação de nuvem privada ou híbrida em data centers de grandes empresas.Experiência em projetos de desenvolvimento ou de operação e sustentação em empresas de referência no mercado.Nós buscamos pessoas que tenham:😊Tranquilidade para lidar com imprevistos e disposição para apoiar a operação nos momentos de maior demanda.Boa comunicação e colaboração com equipes de desenvolvimento, produto e fornecedores de nuvem.Responsabilidade, atenção aos detalhes e compromisso com a estabilidade dos sistemas e a segurança dos dados.Curiosidade e facilidade para aprender, acompanhando as tendências de cloud e cloud native.
