O profissional será responsável por avaliar demonstrações financeiras, indicadores de desempenho, fluxo de caixa, capacidade de pagamento e riscos da operação, contribuindo diretamente para a tomada de decisão de investimentos e concessão de crédito.A Flowinvest, gestora de crédito especializada na aquisição e gestão de ativos creditícios empresariais, segue em forte crescimento e está ampliando seu time. Responsabilidades e atribuições Elaborar e acompanhar orçamento empresarial, forecast e planejamento financeiro.Gerenciar e monitorar fluxo de caixa gerencial, programação de pagamentos e recebimentos.Realizar análises de custos, despesas, margens, rentabilidade e desempenho operacional.Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e indicadores financeiros para suporte à tomada de decisão.Consolidar informações e demonstrações financeiras.Garantir a conformidade dos processos contábeis, fiscais e financeiros.Desenvolver e fortalecer controles internos e políticas corporativas.Apoiar processos de auditoria interna e externa.Integrar informações entre as áreas contábil, fiscal, financeira, comercial e operacional.

Requisitos e qualificações Experiência em análise financeira, controladoria, planejamento financeiro ou áreas correlatas.Vivência na elaboração e acompanhamento internos de controladoria.Experiência com análise de fluxo de caixa, rentabilidade, custos e desempenho financeiro.Vivência na elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e apresentações executivas.Experiência com consolidação e análise de demonstrações financeiras.Vivência em projetos de melhoria de processos e fortalecimento de controles internoInformações adicionaisFormações:Ciências Contábeis, Administração de Empresas, Economia, Engenharia de Produção e Áreas correlatasRequisitos e QualificaçõesExperiência em planejamento financeiro, orçamento empresarial e gestão de fluxo de caixa.Vivência em análise de custos, despesas, margens, rentabilidade e desempenho operacional.Conhecimento em contabilidade societária e gerencial.Experiência na análise e interpretação de demonstrações financeiras.Conhecimento em indicadores financeiros.Conhecimento em tributação empresarial básica.Domínio avançado de Excel.Capacidade de elaborar relatórios gerenciais,  e análises para suporte à tomada de decisão.Competências ComportamentaisPerfil analítico e senso crítico.Organização e disciplina.Atenção aos detalhes.Visão sistêmica do negócio.Comunicação clara e objetiva.Capacidade de negociação e relacionamento interpessoal.Proatividade e orientação para resultados.Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e gerenciar múltiplas demandas.Ética, responsabilidade e confidencialidade.Comprometimento com qualidade e cumprimento de prazos.
