Nesses 180 anos de existência, a Companhia se estabeleceu como renomada prestadora de serviços pela competente gestão de seus negócios nos segmentos em que atua.Junte-se a nós! Conheça Melhor a Wilson Sons!Site: www.wilsonsons.com.brInstagram: wilsonsonsLinkedin: www.linkedin.com/company/wilsonsons/YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@WilsonSonsGroupResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesO Analista de Operações de Rebocadores PL é responsável por apoiar na disponibilidade e eficiência operacional de rebocadores, atendendo as normas e procedimentos técnicos aplicáveis, por meio de controles, análises e interface com as demais áreas do Negócio.                                                                                                Principais responsabilidades:• Apoiar na análise e condução de abastecimento;• Apoiar no acompanhamento de visitas, vistorias e fiscalizações à bordo;• Preparar e enviar/entregar documentação para renovação/solicitação  junto a entidades marítimas;• Apurar cancelamentos, postergações e desistências de manobras;• Lançar valor de afretamento no TugSys - SAMA;• Atualizar CIR e avaliar disponibilidade do ASO válido;• Comprar material com fundo fixo, conforme regra de uso;• Apoiar o  planejamento e controle de escalas;• Apoiar na organização dos serviços  necessários a bordo;• Apoiar no recebimento e entrega materiais diversos a bordo;• Apoiar na conferência documentação de bordo (certificados,formulários);• Dar suporte na análise de movimentação portuária de terceiro no TugSys;• Programar eventos no COR Filial;• Controlar o acesso ao porto, com apoio do BackOffice;• Atualizar Rol Portuário;• Auxiliar a COR no planejamento das manobras;• Apoiar na prepararção embarcação para viagem ou transferência;• Acompanhar troca de turno;• Monitorar a disponibilidade das FISPQs;• Apoiar na análise de frequência (ponto) dos marítimos;• Apoiar no treinamento  dos marítimos nos procedimentos e coletar registro;• Apoiar na análise de férias de marítimos (programação; apoio na  assinatura e entrega de avisos/recibos);• Coletar assinaturas/documentações junto aos marítimos;• Apoio à comunicação e divulgações diversas a bordo; • Preencher planilha de gratificação, conforme aplicável; • Apoio na  entrega de VT, carteirinhas, termos, etc;  Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo: Administração/Engenharia/Logística ou áreas afins;Conhecimento Técnico Obrigatório: 1.
