E você pode fazer parte disso!Somos todos SLC, vem ser também!Temos uma oportunidade para Analista de Operações de Rental Linha Amarela !Nessa função você irá Analisar e apoiar a operação de Rental ao longo de todo o ciclo da locação, desde a identificação da disponibilidade e preparação dos equipamentos até a contratação, mobilização, acompanhamento, faturamento e devolução. Assegurar a qualidade das informações, documentos e controles da frota, monitorando contratos, utilização, disponibilidade, receitas, custos e prazos. Atuar de forma integrada com Comercial, Serviços, Peças, Logística, Fiscal, Financeiro e clientes, contribuindo para a eficiência operacional, rentabilidade dos contratos e crescimento sustentável do negócio de Rental.

Responsabilidades e atribuições1. Acompanhar as demandas de Rental, verificando disponibilidade, localização, condição e previsão de liberação dos equipamentos para apoiar a adequada alocação da frota.2. Apoiar a elaboração, conferência e formalização de propostas, contratos, aditivos e demais documentos de locação, garantindo conformidade com as condições comerciais, políticas e alçadas estabelecidas.3. Controlar o ciclo dos contratos de Rental, acompanhando vigência, valores, franquias, horas de utilização, reajustes, renovações, prorrogações, substituições e devoluções.4. Coordenar administrativamente, com as áreas responsáveis, os processos de mobilização e desmobilização dos equipamentos, incluindo preparação, inspeção, transporte, entrega e retorno.5. Acompanhar a medição e o faturamento dos contratos, conferindo documentos, valores, períodos, horas excedentes, serviços adicionais e demais condições aplicáveis.6. Monitorar a utilização, disponibilidade, ociosidade, localização e condição da frota de Rental, identificando desvios, riscos e oportunidades de melhor aproveitamento dos ativos.7. Atuar em conjunto com Serviços e Peças no acompanhamento das manutenções preventivas e corretivas, disponibilidade técnica, tempo de parada e preparação dos equipamentos para novas locações.8. Elaborar e atualizar indicadores, relatórios e projeções do negócio de Rental, incluindo utilização da frota, disponibilidade, receita, margem, custos, equipamentos ociosos, contratos em andamento e previsões de devolução.9. Atender e apoiar filiais, equipe comercial e clientes nas demandas administrativas e operacionais de Rental, assegurando registros, prazos, comunicação e rastreabilidade das tratativas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo;Desejável curso técnico em Administração, Economia, Logística, Gestão Comercial, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas;Desejável vivência em rotinas administrativas, atendimento, faturamento, logística, controle de documentos ou apoio comercial;Conhecimento em Pacote Office; Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Plano de saúde;Plano odontológico;Ressarcimento de medicamentos;PPR;Day OffVale alimentação;
