O Meu+ nasceu exatamente para isso: é a solução que complementa o dia a dia, oferecendo assistências exclusivas que transformam a vida de quem já viveu experiências e ainda quer aproveitar o melhor da vida.Somos um ecossistema completo de serviços e benefícios, com condições especiais para o público 50+, construído a partir da força e tradição do Grupo Mercantil, uma instituição financeira sólida, mas com o olhar sempre voltado para inovação, bem-estar e futuro.Se você quer fazer parte de uma transformação real, impactando milhares de vidas e ajudando a construir novas experiências, o seu lugar é aqui.#VEMSERMEU+Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSeus principais desafios serão:Atendimento Operacional: Realizar atendimento direto ao cliente por múltiplos canais (e-mail, WhatsApp, chat, etc.), garantindo resoluções ágeis e uma excelente experiência (CS).Mapeamento e Otimização de Processos: Analisar os fluxos de atendimento atuais para identificar gargalos e propor melhorias contínuas que aumentem a eficiência da área.Aprimoramento da Comunicação (Mensageria): Revisar, padronizar e otimizar os scripts de atendimento, tom de voz, modelos de mensagens e réguas de relacionamento/comunicação com o cliente.Gestão de Canais: Avaliar o desempenho dos canais de contato atuais e auxiliar na implementação ou parametrização de novas ferramentas/canais de atendimento.Suporte à Equipe (Mentoria/Suporte Operacional): Auxiliar os assistentes de atendimento na resolução de casos complexos, dúvidas de processos e boas práticas de comunicação.Acompanhamento de Métricas: Acompanhar indicadores de atendimento (NPS, CSAT, Tempo Médio de Espera, Tempo Médio de Atendimento, SLA) para suportar as tomadas de decisão da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBuscamos uma pessoa com:Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Comunicação Social, Marketing, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatasExperiência prévia (mesmo que em estágio ou posições de assistente/suporte) em atendimento ao cliente, Customer Success ou operações. Domínio do Pacote Office ou Google Workspace, Familiaridade com plataformas de atendimento/CRM. Boa noção de metodologias de mapeamento de processos, cursos extras de experiência do cliente.  Local de Trabalho:Belo Horizonte/MG (atuação Híbrida);Informações adicionaisO que oferecemos aos nossos colaboradores:• Vale-alimentação;• Vale Transporte;• Auxílio Cheche;• Plano odontológico; • Seguro de vida;• Wellhub;• Bebê à bordo;• Acesso aos serviços MEU +.Todas as vagas também são direcionadas para PCDs
