Responsabilidades e atribuições Como Analista de Operações, na Soul Malls, você irá:Acompanhar a qualidade do shopping, áreas técnicas, infraestrutura e equipamentos, através da equipe de qualidade, identificando demandas e segregando-as entre ações corretivas e/ou preventivas.Executar e controlar as despesas aprovadas pela Gerência (compras, contratos de facilities, materiais, etc), analisando o orçamento dos pacotes de manutenção, energia, água e ar condicionado, e realizando o forecast para manter o orçamento nos níveis planejados.Coletar dados de consumo dos encargos comuns e específicos, analisando e propondo solução, em caso de desvio.Realizar o rateio dos consumos visando a apresentação dos dados ao Comitê de Condomínio.Participar do Comitê de Condomínio, visando a definição das tarifas condominiais como energia, água, encargos comuns e específicos.Participar do planejamento estratégico anual, levantando informações, com o objetivo de elaborar o orçamento do condomínio do shopping, incluindo manutenção, energia, água e ar condicionado.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria visando as eficiências operacionais e energéticas e, consequentemente, a redução de despesas, sem redução de qualidade.Definir e controlar as atividades da equipe de manutenção, incluindo terceirizadas, através da confecção de cronogramas, visando eficiência operacional.Executar outras atividades compatíveis com a natureza da função.
