Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO Analista de Operações tem como desafio atender, instruir, orientar o segurado no momento do sinistro e garantir que todas as providências visando a recuperação do bem sinistrado sejam tomadas assertiva e tempestivamente.Atender, orientar e acolher os segurados no momento do evento;Informar procedimentos e prazos operacionais;Avaliar a cobertura do evento versus apólice contratada;Solicitar, coletar e registrar informações;Analisar os dados do evento e definir estratégias para recuperação do veículo;Acionar, acompanhar e decidir atuação dos agentes em campoDefinir melhor opção para reintegração do bem e instruir segurados a respeito;Subsidiar os processos de regulação e sindicância

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em rastreamento e/ou monitoramento veicular;Capacidade analítica;Ter desenvoltura, facilidade de comunicação e discernimento para tratar situações diversas;Escuta ativa e empatia para atendimento;Superior completo ou cursando;
