A área da Qualidade é responsável por garantir o alto padrão de qualidade dos produtos exigidos por nossos clientes, desde a qualificação dos fornecedores até a entrega dos produtos, sempre respeitando as legislações e normas certificadoras.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesNo time de Planejamento , você irá:• 

Analisar e otimizar a carteira de pedidos com visão sistêmica e estratégica, definindo melhores soluções logísticas.• Gerir a carteira de clientes, garantindo excelência no atendimento e antecipando riscos operacionais.• Realizar visitas a clientes com foco em diagnóstico, redesenho de processos e ganho de eficiência.• Atuar como interface entre filiais, comercial e suprimentos, liderando iniciativas de melhoria e integração logística.• Monitorar entregas e atuar preventivamente na gestão de riscos e tomada de decisão crítica.• Gerir relacionamento com transportadores, avaliando performance, negociando melhorias e elevando nível deserviço.• Conduzir reuniões com stakeholders, influenciando decisões e direcionando planos de ação estratégicos.• Apoiar e orientar analistas Jr e Pl, compartilhando conhecimento e boas práticas.• Conhecimento avançado em operações logísticas e supply chain, planejamento logístico estratégico e otimização de malha, gestão de performance logística (KPIs, SLAs e contratos)•Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara fazer acontecer, você precisa: Ensino Superior Completo;WMS e ERP (nível avançado – análise, parametrização e validação de processos) Conhecimento em Análise de custos e eficiência operacional, Melhoria contínua (Lean, PDCA e análise de causa raiz)Excel avançado e ferramentas de análise de dadosInformações adicionaisSalário fixo;Remuneração variável;Assistência médica e odontológica;Refeitório interno;Vale alimentação;Fretado (Jarinu, Itatiba, Jundiaí, Campinas, Bragança, Várzea Paulista);Seguro de vida;Total Pass.Convênio com farmácia;Universidade MCassab (conforme política interna);
