Em 2006, surge a brMalls resultando em um portfólio de 30 ativos presentes nas cinco regiões do país.E assim, em 2023, a ALLOS surge com o encontro de duas potências nacionais do segmento, unindo forças para se tornar a mais inovadora plataforma de entretenimento, lifestyle, serviços e compras.Nossa história continua e estamos prontos para criar momentos que transformam e impactam a vida das pessoas, gerando conexões e oportunidades.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar a execução dos planos de manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva dos sistemas e equipamentos dos empreendimentos;Monitorar indicadores de manutenção, identificando desvios, tendências, oportunidades de melhoria e planos de ação;Acompanhar contratos de manutenção e performance de fornecedores, incluindo cumprimento de escopo, SLA, níveis de serviço e obrigações contratuais; Apoiar a gestão dos empreendimentos na avaliação de problemas técnicos; Contribuir para a padronização de processos, procedimentos e boas práticas de manutenção entre os empreendimentos; Apoiar projetos e iniciativas de melhoria de eficiência operacional, redução de custos e aumento de confiabilidade dos ativos; Elaborar apresentações e reportes gerenciais para acompanhamento dos resultados da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia Civil, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas;Desejável formação complementar em manutenção, gestão de ativos, facilities, gestão de projetos ou áreas relacionadas. Experiência em manutenção predial, facilities, infraestrutura ou gestão de ativos; Conhecimento de manutenção preventiva, corretiva e preditiva; Conhecimento em gestão e acompanhamento de contratos e fornecedores; Conhecimento de indicadores e elaboração de relatórios gerenciais; Necessário Excel avançado;Desejável conhecimento em Power BI; Capacidade de análise de dados e identificação de desvios; Boa comunicação e capacidade de relacionamento com diferentes áreas e fornecedores.Informações adicionaisO Que Temos Para Você 🤩Vale Refeição/Alimentação;Vale Transporte/Estacionamento;Plano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Seguro de vida;Day Off Aniversário;Wellhub e TotalPass;Wellz (programa corporativo de saúde mental);Saber Online (plataforma interna de aprendizagem);Bônus anual.Local de Trabalho: Escritório Corporativo Vila Olímpia - SPEscala: 5x2
