Somos uma empresa de grande porte no setor de bens de consumo, reconhecida por nossa inovação e excelência. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar e apoiar as rotinas de operações fiscais das lojas, contribuindo para a solução de problemas e garantindo conformidade com normas internas e legislação vigente;Prestar suporte aos gerentes de loja e supervisores de varejo em temas relacionados à operação;Controlar e apoiar os processos relacionados ao cumprimento do cronograma e acompanhamento dos resultados de inventários de estoque das lojas;Realizar cotações, providenciar compras de produtos e contratação de serviços da área, em alinhamento com as práticas de compras e auditoria interna;Elaborar materiais e ministrar treinamentos para as equipes de loja, relacionados às práticas de operações de varejo;Controlar e orientar a utilização do Fundo Fixo das lojas, garantindo a correta prestação de contas conforme a política da empresa;Prestar suporte operacional em inaugurações de novas unidades, bem como em reformas e manutenções;Solicitar e acompanhar a disponibilização de documentações necessárias para licenciamento e credenciamento das lojas;Participar da elaboração e atualização de checklists para avaliação dos pontos de venda, considerando os aspectos de operações;Prestar suporte operacional em eventos comerciais com participação do varejo;Providenciar, junto às áreas responsáveis, o cadastro de novos itens, bem como a manutenção e atualização de tabelas de preços e custos, garantindo a padronização dos sistemas das lojas;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos operacionais, propondo e implementando soluções para aumento de eficiência e redução de custos;Apoiar as equipes de vendas e atendimento ao cliente, promovendo o entendimento dos processos e um ambiente colaborativo;Controlar e realizar lançamentos de pagamentos do varejo, assegurando conformidade com as políticas internas;Providenciar e controlar a elaboração de novos contratos, bem como realizar seu cadastro em sistema para análise das áreas envolvidas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Logística ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento em gestão de varejo;Conhecimento em análise de dados e indicadores;Pacote Office intermediário;Desejável Inglês.Informações adicionaisVale Transporte Seguro de VidaVale RefeiçãoPLRPlano de SaúdePlano Odontológico
