A UniFECAF busca um(a) Analista de Operação de Polos para atuar junto à nossa rede de cerca de 300 polos parceiros em todo o Brasil. Você vai treinar as equipes dos polos, acompanhar as atividades comerciais e as metas de matrícula, apoiar os parceiros nos planos de ação e acompanhar os resultados da rede. Buscamos alguém com ensino superior (completo ou em andamento), experiência na área comercial, em operações ou em treinamento, boa comunicação e disponibilidade para participar de eventos esporadicamente. Experiência em educação a distância é um diferencial.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesTreinamento de polosConduzir treinamentos com as equipes dos polos, online e presenciais, sobre processos, sistemas, cursos, campanhas e atendimento ao alunoFazer o onboarding de polos novos, preparando a equipe para começar a captar e atender bemIdentificar pelos resultados quais polos precisam de reciclagem e organizar os treinamentosCriar e atualizar os materiais de apoio (guias, apresentações, passo a passo)Apoio comercial dos polosAcompanhar a rotina comercial dos polos: ações de captação, campanhas, parcerias com empresas e presença nos canais digitaisMonitorar matrículas contra a meta ao longo do mês e acionar os polos que estão abaixo do esperadoAjudar os parceiros a montar planos de ação comercial e cobrar a execuçãoDivulgar campanhas e políticas comerciais para a rede e verificar se foram aplicadasReconhecer e compartilhar boas práticas dos polos que se destacamApoiar a elaboração do RADAR: ranking de polos, destaques e fechamento do mês e ser o focal das pautasPreparar comunicados e materiais para a rede
