Estamos em busca de um Analista de Orçamentos para fortalecer nossa equipe e contribuir para a elaboração de orçamentos dos empreendimentos. Buscamos um profissional com formação em Engenharia Civil, que queira atuar com levantamento de quantitativos, análise de projetos, estudos de custos, cotações e apoio às demais atividades da área de Orçamentos.💡 Essa vaga também é elegível para pessoas com deficiência (PcD).Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar na criação de insumos no sistema MEGA;Levantar quantitativos para orçamentos executivos através de projetos para que a área de orçamento tenha dados detalhados do empreendimento, possibilitando, assim, a execução do orçamento completo da obra;Levantamento de quadros de áreas (área equivalente, total e privativa) feito com base em projetos, para que seja possível avaliar o custo da obra (R$/m²), criar e validar índices paramétricos e definir o patamar dos empreendimentos;Auxiliar os em assuntos diversos (compatibilização de insumos, composições de serviços, inclusão dos orçamentos no sistema, busca de materiais, cotações, etc).Efetuar cotações de preços de insumos e serviços de construção visando gerar referências para inserção nos orçamentos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Educacional:Superior completo em Engenharia Civil.Conhecimentos Desejáveis (habilidades, informática, idiomas, etc.).Pacote OfficeAutoCADLeitura de documentos técnicos (projetos de arquitetura e paisagismo, decoração, etc.)Conhecimento em Power BI, BIM (extrair quantitativos) serão um diferencial.Informações adicionaisO que oferecemos👨🏻‍⚕ Assistência Médica Bradesco👨🏻‍⚕ Assistência Odontologia - Porto Seguro🍝 Vale Alimentação ou Vale Refeição R$41,64 ao dia🚌 Vale Transporte🎯 Participação nos Lucros e Resultados PLR (conforme política da empresa)💰 Remuneração compatível com o mercado;❤️ Seguro de vida🏋‍♂ Total Pass Local, horário e demais informaçõesTrabalho presencial próximo ao Parque Ibirapuera, no bairro de Moema.Horário de segunda a sexta, das 08h12 às 18h00.
