Afinal, não é pressa, é precisão.Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Orçamentos Pleno para integrar nossa equipe em Salvador/BA. Este profissional será responsável pela elaboração e análise de orçamentos para obras de construção civil, contribuindo diretamente para a competitividade das propostas e para a tomada de decisões estratégicas da empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar orçamentos de obras de baixa, média e alta complexidade;Realizar levantamento quantitativo de materiais e serviços a partir de projetos e memoriais descritivos;Analisar e validar premissas técnicas e comerciais dos projetos;Desenvolver composições de custos diretos e indiretos;Realizar análise crítica de custos, produtividade e viabilidade das propostas;Solicitar, analisar e negociar cotações junto a fornecedores e prestadores de serviços;Elaborar propostas técnicas e comerciais;Elaborar e revisar planilhas orçamentárias;Realizar leitura e interpretação de projetos multidisciplinares;Analisar memoriais descritivos, escopos, especificações técnicas e documentação de concorrências;Elaborar orçamentos de aditivos contratuais e serviços complementares;Participar de reuniões de kick-off e alinhamento técnico-comercial dos projetos;Realizar visitas técnicas para levantamento de informações e validação de premissas quando necessário;Contribuir para a atualização das bases de custos e indicadores da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Engenharia Civil;Experiência comprovada na elaboração de orçamentos para obras de construção civil;Vivência com levantamentos quantitativos e composição de custos;Conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de projetos arquitetônicos, estruturais e complementares;Domínio de Excel;Conhecimento de metodologias e referências de custos da construção civil;Perfil analítico, organizado e com atenção aos detalhes;Boa comunicação e capacidade de relacionamento com equipes multidisciplinares e fornecedores.Informações adicionaisDiferenciaisExperiência em orçamentos de obras corporativas, varejo, educacionais, hospitalares e retrofit;Conhecimento e experiência na utilização do sistema Sienge.
